Summary

EEM was selected to conduct the evaluation of legal compliance in environment for more than 40 sites belonging to a large printing company.

Approach and Solution

For these mandates, EEM had to provide a lead auditor and auditors to audit the compliance of legal requirements in the environmental sector. A calendar was established to identify the frequency of the evaluations for each site and to grasp the risk level associated to each of them.

Results

Visiting the sites on a pre-established basis allowed the client to save significant sums of money since tools were already in place upon the arrival of the auditor and that the latest had already got good knowledge of the site.
