Summary

EEM, in partnership with its sister firm, Nimonik, was selected to provide an environmental regulatory update service to a highway construction consortium.

Approach and Solution

This is an example of a service which we have provided to industrial clients for more than twenty years. Recognizing the management burden associated with accessing, reading, assimilating, documenting and embedding EHS regulatory data in a company’s operations, we automate the process by combining deep knowledge of EHS law and regulations with web technology to make the necessary data more accessible and useable to our clients.

In this instance, a register of EHS legal requirements was built and maintained for the client.
