Summary

ÉEM was asked by a major turbine engine manufacturer to update its legal requirements register and to document the established control measures to monitor compliance of legal requirements.

Approach and Solution

To achieve this mandate, ÉEM first screened the list of processes to prioritise its review. Then. for each process, a detailed analysis was conducted to identify the applicable legal and corporate requirements, the control measures already in place and those that were lacking to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements at all times.

Results

Relevant information was summarised into a single report. In cases where control measures were missing, solutions were proposed, enabling the company to make appropriate decisions.
