Marilou Vigneau

Marilou joined EEM in 2023. She has been working in the environment and health and safety field for 7 years and has acquired solid skills in project management. Over the years, she approached and mobilized many stakeholders essential to the proper functioning of the projects.
Through her professional experience, she has produced various analysis and evaluation grids, and analyzed advanced data for decision-making. She has also developed in-depth knowledge of waste management through the provision of training for the public and SMEs. Furthermore, her experience at Ville de Laval has allowed her to refine her skills in coordinating and managing work teams, to take ownership of the regulatory modification process, and to develop great organizational skills and creativity required for regulatory application in a municipal setting. Finally, during her time at the CNESST as a consultation advisor, she acquired an increased knowledge of OHS issues and the clientele of immigrant workers.
