Philippe joined EEM in 2022, Owner of a master’s in health and safety at work, he is an EHS specialist with more than 15 years of experience in different industries, including construction, manufacturing, and mining. Philippe has a solid expertise in regulations and standards. His experience in a behaviour-based safety environment allowed him to develop different techniques to convince and motivate, in addition to coaching employers and employees to adopt best practices in EHS. His most recent positions include:

 

  • Health and safety advisor for a major airplane engine manufacturer and for a repair, overhaul and assembly of aerospace components center.
  • Environment, Health, and Safety advisor for an important contractor working on the REM
  • Health and Safety advisor for 2 mines in Quebec (Gold and nickel)
  • Assessment of contractors for prequalification
